Collective Healing Through Movement
Discover how movement can be a radical and transformative tool for healing, self-discovery, and resistance. Rooted in decolonial and liberatory principles, my dance movement therapy sessions create a sacred space where individuals and communities can reclaim their bodies, honor ancestral wisdom, and break free from oppressive narratives.
I offer individual and group sessions designed to embrace diversity, center marginalized experiences, and cultivate collective empowerment through embodied expression.
